We got CIZ ICT to install WiFi in our school and to upgrade our IT throughout the school. From our initial meeting with Cillian we had confidence that the job would be done to a very high standard. CIZ IT gave us a very competitive quote for the job. Cillian was the only person of the three tendering for the job who had the initiative to check everything in the school to assess what was in place in the school with the intention of saving the school money and not duplicating unnecessary work. Cillian went up into the school attic to ensure all works would be well hidden. I’m renting a house that has challenges for WiFi because of all the angles, levels and interior walls in the space. I need dependable & fast connectivity to work remotely, and my basic Eir modem wasn’t enough to reach different parts of the house. Cillian came to do an assessment of the space and we discussed the different options and cost for each. It helped because I’m renting and didn’t want to invest too much to get what I needed. In the end we came up with a solution that utilized an extra router I already had and it seems to have done the trick. Cillian’s advice and help are greatly appreciated! He was patient, explained things and solved my problem and gave me options for the future if I needed them. What more could you ask for? If you need help or tried to do it yourself (like I did with a mesh system) and it didn’t work, it’s totally worth having a consult. Don’t hesitate to call them! Thank you Cillian!! 😊

Found Cillian's website on Google search. Had purchased a router to help me work from home and had set up issues for which the retailer and manufacturer were of little help.

This is where Cillian's expertise came into play. I booked a one hour call in which he solved all set up problems and optimised the network over a remote call.

In fact, he spent longer than the alotted hour helping me.
He followed up with a courtesy call a week later to check that everything was still good and I have had no issues since.

A lot of households will be getting new gadgets over next few days and while these are all great and very exciting for kids of all ages, you have to know what they are doing/using on these gadgets. We would strongly recommend IKYDZ for peace of mind. This simple idea helps you control what your kids can watch/use and more importantly what they can't access. It can also limit the time they are on the gadget if required. A few weeks ago Ciz ICT (Cillian to the locals) installed it in our house and also helped out with printer issues.
